Staff Efficiency Training
Before this course looking back to the type of employee that I was, I see a person who wants to do a good job however this is a person who did not have all the tools to do it.
I knew what was expected of me however I was unsure of how to accomplish all that was needed to be done. I at times felt overloaded and that I could fail at any moment.
As a result of this course I now know and understand the "tools" taught in this course and how to use them.
