Scott Tregurtha, the founder and chief consultant for Clear Advantage Business Solutions, founded the company with the knowledge that dentists do not learn management in school. They therefore go out into the world and open a practice with only the skill of their trade, not the know-how of running a business.

Management is a skill and an art, as much as any other profession, but it is the profession which pervades all other professions. Mastering the profession of management enables one to successfully run any business, in any industry, in which they may be involved.

Scott has been helping dental practice owners improve their businesses since 1993. He has designed his training and consulting programs to impart his knowledge cost effectively to the practice owner. It is his goal to make you into your own consultant, so you will not be forever reliant on outside sources to guide your dental practice to success.
